Most orders received before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. In the rare occurrence that an item is not in stock, we will make every attempt to have the item shipped directly from the manufacturer to avoid any delay for our customers. Even though orders may be processed and tracking numbers assigned on weekends and holidays, orders will not physically ship until the next business day. We ship from 7 strategically located warehouses across the United States to make sure your order arrives on time.
Orders totaling less than $75 ship at a flat rate of $9.95. Orders over $75 will ship free, with the exception of oversized or special order items, or unless otherwise noted on the product info page.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return the product(s). Here is some other information that will be important for you to know:
All products must be returned in resalable condition, with their original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If you paid for the purchase with a credit or debit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase less any shipping charges within fifteen (15) business days from the time PMF receives the returned product(s).
If you need to return a product that is defective or that was shipped in error, we apologize for your inconvenience! We will handle all the details of any return that is a result of our error. Please contact us within thirty (30) days of the purchase and we will immediately replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.
For all returns, you are responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs (This does not apply to defective or erroneously shipped items).
Dependent on the supplier, certain items are subject to a restocking fee when returned within 1-30 days from purchase. After 30 days we are unable to accept products for return.
Special orders, sterile items (e.g. bandages, dressings), products that are made unsalable once opened (e.g. food, creams, lotions, washes, diapers, toilet appliances, bedding and other exceptions as noted in the product description) are not returnable.
You will arrange for shipment of the product(s) on your own. In some cases for an additional fee, the supplier or PMF can arrange for the product(s) to be picked up from your location or provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all returns, other than any defective product(s) or erroneously shipped items, you are responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs.
We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in the event that it is lost or damaged, and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery, since PMF will not be responsible for any losses or damages during return shipping.
